Our Mission is to create an environment that strengthens and cleanses you mentally, physically and spiritually. We want to focus on you as a whole from your head to your toes. We believe that our mind, body and soul work synergistically together to form the unique individual that GOD created us to be.
We want you to feel that The Secret Vineyard is truly a secret retreat just for you!
Friendly Reminders
Arrive early – please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out therapist forms as well as allow your mind to focus on relaxing!
Late Appointments – The therapists are on a time schedule. It will be at their discretion to decide to keep appointments with clients that are late.
Cancellation Policy – Spa Day Retreats and Group gatherings do require a deposit of 50% when booking the service. Please give us a 24 hour notice before any cancellations to avoid a 50% charge.
Gift Certificates – We have created a unique “Message in a Bottle” Gift Certificate that is made from beautiful recycled wine bottles(wine not included ) that we get from our restaurant, Peasant Village. We do enforce a 6-month expiration date on gift certificate services. There are NO refunds.
Valuables – We do suggest that you keep any and all valuables with you at all times. We do offer robes, slippers and a tote bag to put your belongings in. Please be sure to carry it with you at all times.
Boutique Refunds – Exchange for merchandise only. Any defective merchandise may be returned within 14 days of date on receipt.
Health Concerns – Please be sure to inform the therapist of ANY allergens, medications, or health issues before receiving treatments. We provide spa lunches with all our retreats, so please be sure to let the Spa Coordinator know of any allergens related to food. The Chef requires 24 hour notice before food is prepared.
Ensuring a Divine Time – We want your experience to be delightful! Feel free to discuss your questions and/or concerns with your therapist before and during the treatments. Please let us know how we can enhance your experience.
